Eligibility / Qualification Details
Qualification: Post के अनुसार Engineering / Technology Degree, MBA, CA, CMA, CFA, Law Degree, Architecture Degree, MCA, Post Graduation आदि निर्धारित हैं। Manager Posts: संबंधित discipline में prescribed qualification के साथ अधिकांश Manager posts के लिए 3 Years Post-Qualification Experience आवश्यक है। Junior Executive Posts: Finance, Law, Operations तथा Survey & Cartography के लिए अलग-अलग prescribed qualifications हैं; इन posts के लिए Work Experience Nil है।

Manager (Civil Engineer) 145 must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering along with 3 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering.
Manager (Electrical Engineer) 16 Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering along with 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical Engineering.
Manager (Finance) 34 Candidates must have an MBA (Finance), PGDM (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA qualification, along with 3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, including SAP/ERP experience.
Manager (Information Technology) 05 Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech in CS, IT, or Electronics, or MCA, along with 3 years of relevant experience in Database, Networking, Data Analytics, ERP, or Web/Software Development as a Team Lead.
Manager (Architecture) 04 Candidates must have a full-time B.Arch. degree, be registered with the Council of Architecture, and have 3 years of relevant experience in Architecture.
Manager (Law) 02 Candidates must have a 3-year regular or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree, be eligible for Bar Council enrollment, and have 3 years of relevant experience in Law.
Manager (Fire Services) 14 Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech in Fire, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering, along with 3 years of relevant experience in Fire Services.
Manager (Operations) 28 Candidates must have a B.Sc. with a 2-year MBA or a B.E./B.Tech degree, along with 3 years of relevant experience in Airport Operations, Terminal Management, Airline, or Ground Handling.
Manager (Commercial) 09 Candidates must have a Graduation degree with a 2-year MBA in Marketing or a B.E./B.Tech degree, along with 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Leasing, or Contracts & Procurement.
Manager (Corporate Planning & Management Services) 01 Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in Mathematical Statistics, Operations Research, Statistics, Economics, or Mathematics from a UGC-recognized university, along with 3 years of relevant experience in Economics, Statistics, or Operations Research.
Manager (Corporate Communications) 02 Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Literature, along with a PG Degree or 2-year PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication, and 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communication, PR, Media Planning, or Event Management.
Junior Executive (Finance) 36 Candidates must have an MBA (Finance), PGDM (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA qualification.
Junior Executive (Law) 06 Candidates must have a 3-year regular or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree and must be eligible for enrollment with the Bar Council.
Junior Executive (Operations) 79 Candidates must have a B.Sc. degree with a 2-year MBA or a B.E./B.Tech degree.
Junior Executive (Survey & Cartography) 08 Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or an M.Sc. in Geography, Remote Sensing & GIS, Geo-informatics, or Geomatics.

Selection Process:- Computer Based Test (CBT) → Application Verification / Subsequent Test → Interview (जहाँ लागू हो) सभी posts के लिए Objective Type CBT CBT में Negative Marking नहीं है Manager posts Code 1–11 में Interview भी selection process का हिस्सा है।

Manager (Fire Services): Application Verification के बाद Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test एवं Physical Endurance Test भी होगा। Important Requirement:- Manager (Airport Operations) और Junior Executive (Airport Operations) के लिए Permanent Light Motor Vehicle Licence आवश्यक है। Temporary/Learner Licence स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Salary / Pay Scale:-

Manager: ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000

Junior Executive: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000 Approx.

CTC:- Manager – ₹21 Lakhs per annum

Junior Executive – ₹14 Lakhs per annum

इसके अतिरिक्त DA, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA, CPF, Gratuity, Medical Benefits आदि AAI Rules के अनुसार मिलेंगे।
