  • उत्तर प्रदेश सहकारी संस्थागत सेवा-मण्डल (UPCSIB), लखनऊ द्वारा सहकारी बैंकिंग, नॉन-बैंकिंग एवं तकनीकी सेवा परीक्षा (सामान्य चयन)-2026 के अंतर्गत विभिन्न पदों पर भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।
  • इस भर्ती में कुल 2085 रिक्तियां हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 25 अप्रैल 2026 से शुरू हुए और आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 15 मई 2026 निर्धारित की गई थी। पात्र अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित तिथि के भीतर ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते थे।

Eligibility / Qualification Details

Educational qualification varies according to the post. Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification for the respective post on or before the last date of application. Detailed post-wise educational qualifications are given in the official notification.

For several posts, qualifications include Graduation, B.Com, B.Tech/B.E., BCA/MCA, MBA/PGDM, CCC/O Level, typing/stenography skills, Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering and other post-specific qualifications.
Age Limit Details
  • Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
  • Minimum Age: 21 Years
  • Maximum Age: 40 Years
  • Candidates must have been born between 01 January 1986 and 01 January 2005.
  • Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh and other eligible categories: 5 Years
  • PwD candidates of Uttar Pradesh: 15 Years
  • Eligible Ex-Servicemen / Commissioned Officers: As per notification rules.

Junior Manager 486 Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with an O Level Computer certificate, OR they should have a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, or a Postgraduate degree in Banking.
Assistant / Cashier 887 Candidates must be graduates with at least 55% marks from a recognized university and should also have a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate
Assistant Public (Computer) 10 B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science) / Electronics & Communication or B.C.A. with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institution established by law in India.
Assistant Public (General) 42 Candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks along with a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate, OR an MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution.
Assistant / Cashier 66 Candidates must be graduates with at least 55% marks from a recognized university and must possess a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate.
Assistant Public (General) – Federation 78 Candidates must have a Graduate degree or B.Tech in any stream from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience or an MBA degree.
Accountant 24 Candidates must have a B.Com degree or a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized institution, along with an O Level Computer certificate.
Assistant Accountant 08 Candidates must have a B.Com degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and should also possess a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate.
Assistant Accountant – U.P. Cooperative Bank 16 Candidates must have a B.Com degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and should have a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate, O Level certificate, or a BCA degree.
Assistant Accountant – Apex Cooperative Federation 08 Candidates must have a B.Com degree or a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized institution, along with an O Level certificate.
Assistant Accountant – U.P. Cooperative Union 02 Candidates must have a B.Com degree or a Postgraduate Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized institution, along with an O Level certificate.
Account Clerk 02 Candidates must have a B.Com degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and should have basic knowledge of computers.
Assistant / Stenographer 18 Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university and should have proficiency in Hindi or English stenography along with a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate.
Stenographer 05 Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university and should have proficiency in Hindi or English stenography along with a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate.
Junior Assistant 45 Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university and should have a typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi or 40 words per minute in English.
Assistant / Typist 31 Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university and should have typing skills along with a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate.
Clerk / Typist 20 Candidates must be graduates from a recognized university and should have typing skills along with a CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) or O Level certificate.
Assistant Engineer (Civil) 32 Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical) 02 Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Junior Engineer (Civil) 211 Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Junior Engineer (Electrical) 07 Candidates must have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
How to Apply
  • 1. Visit the official website of Uttar Pradesh Cooperative Institutional Service Board.
  • 2. Click on the “APPLY ONLINE” option.
  • 3. Click on “Click here for New Registration”.
  • 4. Enter your name, contact details and email ID.
  • 5. Note down the Registration Number and Password.
  • 6. Fill in all required details carefully.
  • 7. Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the prescribed format.
  • 8. Preview the application and verify all details.
  • 9. Click on “COMPLETE REGISTRATION”.
  • 10. Pay the applicable application fee through the available online payment modes.
  • 11. Submit the application form.
  • 12. Take a printout of the final submitted application form and e-receipt for future reference.

Other Details

Selection Process:

Selection will be conducted according to the post category. Category-1 and Category-2 posts involve Online Examination and Interview, while Category-3 posts involve Online Examination and, wherever applicable, Skill Test.

Exam Mode:

Online Computer Based Examination (CBT)

Preliminary Examination:

100 Questions | 100 Marks | 90 Minutes

Main Examination:

120 Questions | 200 Marks | 120 Minutes


Negative Marking:

1/4 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.


For SC/ST candidates, the minimum efficiency standard in the Main Examination is 35%. For other categories, it is 40%.
