Short Notice :- IBPS ने participating Public Sector Banks में Customer Service Associate (CSA) के पदों पर CRP CSA-XVI के माध्यम से भर्ती के लिए Online Applications आमंत्रित किए हैं। Selection Online Preliminary और Online Main Examination के आधार पर होगा तथा सफल candidates का provisional allotment participating banks में किया जाएगा।

Eligibility / Qualification Details
  • Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a University recognized by Government of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government.
  • Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory.
  • Local Language: Candidate should be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the specified local language of the State/UT applied for.

Preliminary Exam Pattern:- English Language: 30 Questions – 30 Marks – 20 Minutes Numerical Ability: 35 Questions – 35 Marks – 20 Minutes Reasoning Ability: 35 Questions – 35 Marks – 20 Minutes Total: 100 Questions – 100 Marks – 60 Minutes

Main Exam Pattern :- General / Financial Awareness: 40 Questions – 50 Marks – 20 Minutes General English: 40 Questions – 40 Marks – 35 Minutes Reasoning Ability: 40 Questions – 60 Marks – 35 Minutes Quantitative Aptitude: 40 Questions – 50 Marks – 35 Minutes Total: 160 Questions – 200 Marks – 125 Minutes

Local Language:- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Applicable Candidate must know the specified local language of the State/UT applied for.

Negative Marking :- Negative Marking: 0.25 Marks for each wrong answer Unattempted Question: No Penalty
