BPSC TRE 4.0 Recruitment 2026: Online Form

Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification and teacher-training qualification/TET/STET eligibility applicable to the concerned teaching level and subject.

The notification provides separate subject-wise eligibility requirements for Primary, Middle, Secondary and Higher Secondary Teacher posts. Candidates should carefully check the subject-wise qualification before applying.

For Primary/Middle School posts, the notification specifies applicable CTET/STET and teacher-training qualifications, while Secondary/Higher Secondary posts have subject-specific educational and teaching qualification requirements.

Minimum Age

• Primary & Middle School Teacher: 18 Years
• Secondary & Higher Secondary Teacher: 21 Years

Maximum Age

• General Male: 37 Years
• BC/EBC Male & Female: 40 Years
• General Female: 40 Years
• Transgender: 42 Years
• SC/ST Male & Female: 42 Years

Additional age relaxation is available for eligible categories as per Bihar Government rules.

1. Visit the official BPSC online application portal.
2. Complete One Time Registration (OTR).
3. Login using the registered credentials.
4. Select the BPSC TRE 4.0 application.
5. Enter personal, educational and eligibility details.
6. Upload the required documents.
7. Pay the applicable examination fee.
8. Submit the application form.
9. Download and keep the final submitted application for future reference.

The notification states that OTR is mandatory for applying through the BPSC online portal.
